This rectangular cleanout frame sets a low, wide opening in the bottom of a storage tank shell. Crews use it to shovel or wash out sand, sludge and paraffin. The frame welds to the tank. A 1/4″ or 3/8″ tank cleanout cover bolts to it, sealed with the neoprene gasket roll.

Where it is used
Oilfield production tanks, produced water and saltwater disposal tanks, tank batteries and water tanks, anywhere solids settle and have to come out.
Round manway or cleanout? Use a round manway for people entering the tank and a cleanout for removing material at floor level. Many tanks have both. Compare them in the tank manways category.
