No. This is the standard step; the top step is a separate product with a rear profile shaped to the ladder.

Choosing a finish
Raw steel ships unfinished, ready for welding or painting. Pre-galvanized steel is galvanized before it is formed, which gives a cleaner appearance. Hot dip galvanized parts are dipped in a galvanizing bath after fabrication to protect them from exterior elements.
